Our banking client in Singapore is looking for an experienced Technical Lead for the Treasury team to support the bank’s treasury division for the business with Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate, FX, Money Markets & Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand and its overseas branches across the globe.
about the role
The technical lead role is responsible for the delivery of strategic projects or tactical changes for the bank’s treasury division. Technical Lead will analyze and propose technical solutions and develop technical requirements based on Functional Specifications. Work closely with the technical team and internal stakeholders to execute workflow projects, and gather business requirements and data specifications for users. Driving the adoption of standards and governance to ensure software applications remains stable, reliable, and secure for all users.
skills and experience
- 10 years of experience as a Technical lead or Software lead
- Strong experience in Core Java, Hibernate, Spring boot, JQuery, JMS, Linux, Microservices
- Good Angular 8 and Java development skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in using HTTP/RESTful APIs, and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js)
- Working experience in XML, Hibernate, Spring framework, Hibernate / JPA, In Memory Caching, Grid Computing, Javascript (React / ExtJS), and Messaging Frameworks
- Professional experience in C++ Excellent in C++ programming (Solid understanding of pointers, memory, polymorphism, STL, etc.) E
- Strong experience in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, or equivalent.
- Competent in using UNIX, Shell Scripting, Windows, and Build tools (Git, Jenkins, etc)
- Proficient in writing complex queries in Oracle PL/SQL
- Well-versed in producing all the necessary documents such as Functional Spec, Design Spec, UAT Test Case
- Experience coding in Javascript, .net and C++
- Involved in UAT, user training, pre-implementation preparation, and post-implementation support activities.
