Responsibilities:
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with AHP leaders and employees across various departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities within the AHP portfolio.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for AHP positions, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of AHP professionals.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and talent reviews.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and guide on disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Advise on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related matters for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with other HR departments, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as professional associations and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
