Job Description
Islandwide indoor cleaning. Cleaning Team Leader, heads a team of cleaners and checks that their work is up to the company's standards. This Leader also ensures that new staff are properly trained in work procedures and operation of equipment. Other responsibilities include responding to enquiries and specific requests from clients before communicating them to the team. Conducting inventory checks is also part of this role.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to clients’ enquiries and requests
- Carry toolbox meeting with workers
- Submit daily toolbox report
- Check equipment condition
- Inspect work done by workers daily
- Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace
- Implement work plans
- Inform team of clients’ requests and follow up to ensure request is done
- Instruct and delegate tasks to team
- Oversee day-to day operations
- Provide appropriate guidance and training for workers
- Resolve problems and make decisions at operational level
- Train new workers on work procedures and operation of equipment
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients
- Handle reassignment of tasks when needed
- Interact and build relationship with clients
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
- Monitor material stock level and withdraw materials when needed
- Provide help and guidance to immediate reports
- Supervise team of workers in their assigned task
- Train workers on service standards
- Check equipment condition
- Coach worker team
Job Requirements
- Min Qualification Level GCE ‘N’ Level
- Mobile literate
- Able to communicate and write simple English
