Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using IBM Planning Analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Utilize Business Process Design and related tools to support project success.
- Provide guidance to developers for solution build and unit testing.
- Develop test cases and test scripts for testing phases and provide fixes for defects raised during testing.
- Manage all customer business-related activities, including requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, and user training.
- Advise clients on leading business solutions and industry best practices.
- Deliver functional and technical designs aligned with client requirements.
- Perform solution builds, application configurations, and unit tests based on approved designs.
Top 3 Skills:
- IBM Planning Analytics Expertise:5 to 6 years of experience as an IBM Planning Analytics consultant.
Proven ability to understand client business processes, gather requirements, propose solutions, design, and build implementations using IBM PA.
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM):Strong knowledge and experience in EPM tools and methodologies.
- Detail-Oriented Analytical Skills:Highly analytical, inquisitive, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills :
- Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy.
- Knowledge of other planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Jedox, Adaptive Planning).
