Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including career fairs, employee relations, and projects.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Collaborate with Institutions of Higher Learning, prepare HR reports, and support overall HR operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a similar capacity at an MNC, with the ability to handle high-volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
