- Assisting with completion of insurance documents & forms & liaising with insurance brokers to ensure the complete transfer/surrender.
- Assisting with the trust transfer and termination documents
- Tracking the completion and compile data for reporting
- Scanning of documents and sending documents to Ops team for storage archival
- Providing administrative support to the trust managers, eg. collating, binding and printing copies of client trust review bundles, etc.
- Support the trust managers in the day-to-day trust administration which includes the review of asset injections, distribution, trust reviews, periodic reviews, insurance transfers/changes etc
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, projects or assignment

- Follow up promptly to ensure completion
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders
