- Manage project costs effectively.
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
- Procure contractors and suppliers in accordance with project requirements.
- Evaluate and assess payment claims from subcontractors.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize accounts with all relevant parties.
- Familiarize and utilize internal reporting systems such as “OA” and “SAP.”
- Review contract documents to identify and address any irregularities.
- Draft and finalize sub-contract documents.
- Prepare contractual correspondence related to time and cost implications.
- Support the supervisor in preparing claims for extensions of time (EOT), acceleration, prolongation, and cost adjustments.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
