Asia Pacific Affordability Operations Lead

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

What will you do in this role:

  • Accountable for Asia Pacific Affordability patient program Data and Governance
  • Data analytics for the central Asia Pacific region to support ongoing implementation of affordability programs
  • Setting clear governance and structure for both the region and the AP markets
  • Local Review Board support to ensure streamlined and effective program implementation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee overall affordability program 3rd party vendors and managing interactions with healthcare providers.
  • Customer and Market facing engagements where needed
  • Ensure effective implementation and smooth execution of program components, addressing any operational issues as they arise.
  • Resolve any issues or escalations from vendors or providers promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly assess and review vendor performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to enhance program efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and the launch of new patient assistance programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of patient programs and organizational goals.

What should you have:

  • Business, Science or Healthcare related Degree with good interpersonal and communication skills, listening skills and demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
  • Minimum 2 years operational experience in market
  • Prefer experience in governance and data analytics and audit experience
  • Proven High level stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors within a healthcare environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive and highly committed to support and deliver results.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for achievement.
  • Organized and self-disciplined, with high level of integrity and morals.
  • Good networking and influencing skills. Excellent analytical skills.
