Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the work schedules of contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring timely project completion within the allocated budget and quality standards.
- Work closely with site operations staff to align activities with project timelines and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical advice to address and resolve M&E-related technical issues.
- Prepare method statements and resolve any identified drawing discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit material and sample submissions for approval.
- Coordinate with contractors on structure and civil work requirements.
- Collaborate with RTO/RE to carry out inspections as per approved specifications and drawings
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience working in Singapore construction and at least 1 year LTA Underground Project
- Able to read, interpret and use AutoCAD and BIM Software
- 5.5 Days
