HR Clerk [Relevant experience needed | Sembawang/Admiralty | Office hours] - SM09

Human Resource Officer

  • Salary : SGD3,300 - SGD 4,000
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
    (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)
  • Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Conduct orientation to newly hired employees and provide information about the company benefits
  • Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases to ensure accurate and confidential information
  • Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation
  • Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects


Job Requirements

  • With relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
  • Experience in using whyzeHR is preferred
