- Investigate and analyze production incidents
- Guiding and support IH2 QR and L3 team
- To complete the projects successfully by the stipulated milestones
- Improving system by handling fixes and enhancements
- Successful implementation of COD/LES projects with the above roles
- Fixing and Improving COD/LES system
- Maintain updated documentation
