Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate hospital costs, including patient services, supplies, labor, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain cost allocation models for various hospital departments and services.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, cost analyses, and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand cost drivers and improve resource utilization.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
