The incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Manage clinicians onboarding such as collection of staff photos for staff pass creation, name tag ordering,g and uniform ordering.
- Manage the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Assessment and Evaluation tracking for clinicians.
- Partner MOHH, Residency Office, Clinical Education (where applicable) and Dept. Admin for HOs/MOs/Residents posting coordination for relevant IT access.
- Coordinate with Dept. Admin for assigned supervisors for MOs’ e-Appraisal (online performance appraisal system).
- Manage the AP Direct system for Visiting Consultants and Locums.
- Billing and payment for clinicians’ services (Master Service Agreement, Visiting Consultant/Locum services).
- Track and update the MSA spreadsheets on any new requests/changes.
- Liaise with Speciality Operations on the submission of new requests or changes.
- Do quarterly billing for those FTEs that are sold to other institutions.
- Work with Medical Affairs to kick start the privileging exercise for specialists (JHC/JMC) and SRPs & above (for JCH only) before clinical practice.
- Any other projects assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in Excel such as vlookup and pivot table.
