Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning and testing of electrical installations and equipment to ensure they meet required standards and specifications
- Prepare and review commissioning plans, procedures, and reports
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute commissioning activities
- Identify and resolve any electrical issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams during the installation and testing of electrical systems
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of commissioning activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer in the engineering industry
- Experience in height tension is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully commissioning electrical systems and equipment
- Excellent understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of commissioning software and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
