Financial System Analyst - Banking Environment Up $3.5K
Working hour: Mon – Fri (office hours)
Location: Raffles Place
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing financial systems/ reporting, processes, workflow, database model, UAT testing, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement new financial systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial models & database and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes
- Provide technical support and training to end users on financial systems and tools
- Perform regular audits and reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial systems and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial analysis, systems implementation, or related role in the banking industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Access will be an added advantage)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
