Job Description:
● Carry out cutting-edge research in the AI Agent field, including Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent System, Agent Planning, etc.
● Work with other teams in the company to develop AI-enabled products and services
● Collaborating with world-class organizations in academic projects
Skills/qualifications:
● Master's degree in computer related field, or equivalent research experience
● Four years of academic or industry experience in natural language processing, deep learning, machine learning, or related fields
● Have strong programming skills and be proficient in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to Python and C/C++.
● Be familiar with Agent-related technologies, including but not limited to Prompt Engineering, CoT/ToT, Langchain, and Eino. Be familiar with LLMs such as OpenAI O1, Qwen, etc.
● Have at least 1 year experience in team management
● Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
