Location: Near Telok Ayer MRT (DT Line) / Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (not extendable for now, unless changes arise later)
Salary: up to 3k

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Address and resolve customer queries and requests in a timely manner, meeting service level agreements.
- Perform related administrative and ancillary tasks to ensure smooth and complete customer interactions.
- Proactively support processing and execution tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
