Responsibilities
- Lead the Maintenance Department, overseeing plant processing equipment.
- Perform condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve machine breakdowns.
- Analyze work methods and machine functionality for improvement opportunities.
- Manage and execute maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades on time.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for management.
- Enforce Company Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance during maintenance.
- Supervise contractor safety and maintain cleanliness in machinery areas.
- Conduct safety training and implement environmental hazard prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment and performance data.
- Support plant expansion projects and handle additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in plant, equipment & facilities maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good to have Fire Safety Manager certification.
