COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, organises and manages customer quotes, billing and follow-up with customers.
- Works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customers' requests and queries.
- Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, and quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of works.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Ensure data accuracy in quotation and billing.
- Develop monthly sales reports/updates.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, features and potential customers.
- Point of Contact for internal meetings, sales events and liaison for customer visit(s).
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
- Able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
- 5 days work week
- The office is located at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556, in the North
