Job Duties:
- Analyze and interpret key travel retail data sources and support in delivering business intelligence reports to drive strategic decisions
- Responsible for the report creation process from start to end, consisting of data extraction, data analysis, data checks and report delivery
- Work with Market Intelligence Manager to assess reporting needs of stakeholders and assist in the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and support in driving ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative research projects where relevant e.g. Measurement & Evaluation studies on brand outpost events
- Manage the collection and organization of publicly available information/industry news articles to maintain knowledge database on competitors and latest travel retail market trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or other relevant analytics field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in relevant analytical role
- Strong analytical skills, business-oriented with good attention to detail, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), knowledgeable in or experience with Power BI and SQL a plus
