- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
- Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the Client’s organization
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement target
Operations
Be flexible and take on operations and facilities management projects when procurement projects are not underway. Brief scope of facilities management is provided as below
- On-site point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
- Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
- Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
- Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained
- Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
- Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place
- Has a customer service oriented attitude
- Ensure feedback are actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Pro-actively manage Clients ‘expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
- Conduct instructional briefings on inspection of premises to appointed contractor
- Prepare budgets for services under Workplace and Soft services
- Track and ensure timely work execution by appointed contractor to housekeep/maintain meeting rooms, social hubs and in-door plants
- Develop and monitoring of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme
- Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes
- Carry out and support annual building power shutdown maintenance program
- Assist to coordinate with Fire Safety Manager to carry out building fire warden briefing and evacuation exercise
- Ensure building are maintenance standard meet authority requirement
- Assist the Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Client and Jones Lang LaSalle reputations. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures, management and recovery
