Responsibilities
- Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders, while ensuring on-time delivery for both internal engineers and external customers.
- Maintain and manage stock inventory, including tracking movement and updating customer price books.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet delivery requirements and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain an effective filing system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Requirements
- Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience with Oracle or SAP systems will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with being on monthly rotating weekend and public holiday standby.
