Job Overview:

We are seeking an independent HR Business Partner, who is highly skilled and passionate about talent attraction and talent management. This individual contribution role will primarly, focus on driving the internal talent acquisition and talent management strategy for SCIENTE.


Key Responsibilities: Talent Attraction, Acquisition, and Management


Primary Responsibility:

  • Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle for internal positions, including employer branding, talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with management to identify current and future talent needs, developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals within agreed timelines.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, talent networks) to proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
  • Design and execute talent attraction campaigns to build strong candidate pipelines for both current and anticipated openings.
  • Drive a seamless hiring process by coordinating interviews, assessments, pre-closure discussions, and offer negotiations, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analyze and report talent acquisition metrics, providing insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Secondary Responsibility:

  • Partner with management to improve training, performance management, and career development programs to achieve desired productivity and organizational goals.
  • Enhance the organization’s employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain top talent, including initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management, leveraging these insights to improve recruitment and retention processes.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and HR policy initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent track record of at least 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment or executive search, is a must for this role. Non-negotiable.
  • A strong commitment to empowering individuals and fostering their success.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with potential talents, internal Associates and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a can-do attitude and work in an ever changing business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
