Our Client is in the Financial Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Mortgage Loan Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new clients to meet challenging sales goals for loan disbursements, client growth, and portfolio performance.
- Provide tailored advice on refinancing options, loan structuring, and repayment plans to support client needs.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of borrowers’ financial profiles, including income, credit history, and existing obligations.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand terms, conditions, and interest rates.
- Verify and review loan applications along with supporting documents such as income proof, bank statements, and identification.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the loan process from approval to disbursement, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Address post-approval client queries, including repayment concerns and adjustments.
- Stay informed about regulatory updates, lending policies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in consumer loans, mortgage or banking services.
- Experience in real estate markets is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in financial analysis will be added advantage.
