Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
- Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Provide enterprise-level support for Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Red Hat.
- Support a 24/7 environment and participate in on-call rotation (at least one week per month).
Requirements:
- Initiative, positive attitude, and a strong passion for operational support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
