Our client is a leader in the Energy Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Communication Executive (PR) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Manage proactive and reactive media interactions.
- Create press releases, FAQs, talking points, and briefing materials for spokespersons.
- Build relationships with key media outlets and facilitate interviews.
- Monitor media channels to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure consistent messaging through a unified narrative across platforms.
- Coordinate and support internal and external branding efforts.
- Manage and update branding materials and website content.
- Enhance brand positioning and participate in industry forums.
- Act as a liaison with the Energy Market Authority for crisis communications.
- Develop holding statements and manage stakeholder communications during crises.
- Align and share key business and industry information across the organization.
- Communicate corporate culture and management strategies.
- Create a Communications Roadmap to enhance employee engagement during change.
- Organize staff-bonding activities to strengthen team connections and improve collaboration.
Requirement
- Min Degree with strong passion to work in the communications space
- Min 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR agency
- Proficiency in writing, editing, proofreading and presentation
