Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and design intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Design seamless interactions, user flows, and animations.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs.
- Create prototypes, test usability, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Document design guidelines and mentor junior designers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
