Our client is in the Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics and shipment processes.
- Coordinate with the EHS Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities.
- Lead and conduct cycle counts with team members to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Plan and allocate manpower resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
- Perform staff evaluations and provide necessary supervision and guidance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational efficiency.
- Work in close coordination with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain or related
- Min 1 year of experience in relevant industry
