Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Design and support information and operational systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues.
- Provide enterprise-wide support for Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Red Hat.
- Work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties one week per month.
