Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
- Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
- Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma and above, hospitality or frontline customer service experience will be an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commit 3 months and longer
- Start immediate is preferred
