Job Summary:

In this position, you’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in the business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.
Responsibilities:
- To support businesses in processing, performing loan documentation review and booking transactions accurately into bank systems.
- To collaborate closely with team to uphold and improve on service standards based on established cut-off times.
- To initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues as well as businesses on outstanding cases pending confirmation/ clarification.
- To participate and lead mini operational excellence or continuous improvement projects, to improve the agility and control of processes and scalability of existing resources.
Requirements:
- Qualification in related field.
- Experienced in banking and financial sector preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
