Job Responsibilities :
· Support all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
· Support onboarding and offboarding matters
· Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
· First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
· Work closely to search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests
· Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
· Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring
· Coordinate reports for billing, audit purpose
· General admin matters
Requirements :
· Minimum 1-2 years of prior working HR experience
· Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
· Independent in following up on matters and closing the loops
· Resourceful and able to handle tight timelines
