Salary: Up to $4000
Location: One-North
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm
Duration: 6 months contract
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and communicate Employee Engagement Surveys (EES), and follow up on action plans.
- Monitor and track employee feedback from multiple sources, ensuring timely responses and data analysis.
- Manage all aspects of Employee Experience Surveys (EXS), including report generation.
- Plan and execute organization-wide engagement events to enhance culture and teamwork.
- Develop and implement communications campaigns to promote the internal employee mobile app, including user support, record keeping, and data analysis. Manage related budgets and rewards programs.
- Coordinate quarterly Employee Engagement Workgroup (EEWG) meetings, collaborate on initiatives, and organize the year-end social event.
- Maintain HR Intranet and other online resources.
- Manage procurement, finance, contracts, and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors and consultants for project management.
- Coordinate schedules and provide support for all HR-related inquiries.
- Contribute to various HR department projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans ONLY
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resource function in a big organization is preferred
- Experienced in organizing engagement campaigns, events and project management
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
