Job Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle.
· Generate detailed 3D models for ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation components, using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
· Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between ACMV systems and other building systems using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
· Ensure all BIM models comply with industry and company standards, as well as project-specific requirements.
· Act as the primary point of contact for ACMV-related BIM coordination.
· Train and mentor junior team members in BIM processes and best practices.
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in ACMV or MEP fields.
· BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent).
· Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
· Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation design principles.
