Account & Admin Assistant
- Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 (depending on experience)
- Working hours : Mon-Fri 8am -5pm
- Location: near Bendemeer MRT (will be moving to Cecil Street in March)
Purpose of role
- The primary purpose of this role is to manage all the Finance related administrative matters as well as all payment issues within the whole Innovare Group.
Job Scope:
- Monitor daily incoming fund and enter bank for payment
- Coordinate or arrange payments to supplier/consultant/govt bodies
- Monitoring of payment emails and forward all payment to authorisers
- To ensure payment cycles are accurately processed and authorised on time
- Checking and prepare monthly staff claims
- Monthly accounting double entries
- Check mailbox and opening of Finance related mails for scanning and filling
- Any ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required
Qualifications
- Preferably 1-year relevant accounting experience
- Preferably knowledge in MYOB
