The Company

Our client, a global consulting firm supporting a leading global software development company, is seeking a Crisis Management Specialist to join their Global Crisis Response Team. This individual will play a critical role in monitoring events, reporting, and escalating incidents as outlined in the Client's Crisis Management plans, policies, and procedures. The position will be based in Singapore, with occasional on-site meetings at the Client's Datacenter operations in Singapore and remote work for the majority of the time.

The Role

· Support follow-the-sun crisis activation activities, ensuring seamless global coverage.

· Leverage Client-provided tools to gather and analyze information on potential crisis events.

· Proactively trigger crisis notifications based on pre-defined criteria.

· Actively participate in enterprise-level crisis management activations.

· Assist in managing large-scale projects related to the crisis management program.

· Provide support for training sessions aimed at crisis management stakeholders.

· Help design and execute crisis management exercises to evaluate readiness.

· Measure and report on the effectiveness of crisis management responses and propose improvements.

Your Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Risk Management or equivalent.

· Proven experience in Crisis Management programs, including event monitoring and escalation.

· Strong understanding of crisis management plans, policies, and procedures.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.

· Experience supporting large-scale projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

· Proficiency in training and conducting exercises for crisis preparedness.

· Analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of responses and identify areas for improvement.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to support regional stakeholders.
