The Client Acquisition Specialist for High Net Worth (HNW) clients in the Indonesia market is responsible for driving the acquisition of new affluent clients and managing relationships to expand the bank’s high net worth portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new-to-bank HNW Sign-Up clients, focusing on sourcing individual customers with potential for HNW Sign-Ups.
- Offer a wide range of retail and priority products, such as unsecured cards and insurance, to targeted segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., CA) and external stakeholders (e.g., property agents, brokers, other sales agents) to increase referrals for HNW Clients.
- Engage affluent and mass-market clients through marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking events, and roadshows to promote HNW Sign-Ups.
- Be available to work off-office hours and weekends for networking events, campaigns, and roadshows.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates to enhance product differentiation and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking sales with a strong track record in sales acquisition.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales/acquisition is desirable. Results-driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage clients at all levels with assertiveness.
- Passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Degree Holder
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking.
