Responsibilities:
Lead 4G/5G network installations, troubleshooting, and project coordination to deliver optimal telecommunications solutions.
- Manage and monitor installation of network equipment, ensuring adherence to technical proposals and schedules.
- Conduct site audits to maintain high-quality standards and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with wired and wireless systems, proposing innovative solutions.
- Coordinate logistics, delivery, and project documentation to streamline network implementations.
- Interface with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Skills/Requirement:
- Proven experience in 4G/5G network installation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of antennas, RF/Radio cables, fiber optics, and mobile network technologies.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, plan work schedules, and track site progress effectively.
- Expertise in pre-installation surveys, creating technical proposals, and maintaining project databases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical precision and teamwork.
