ob Title: IT Support Executive
Monthly Salary: Up to $3,500 (Negotiable)
Location: West Coast Plaza
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Serve as the Data Protection Officer under PDPA regulations
- Conduct regular security assessments including antivirus checks, troubleshooting, and hardware or software diagnostics
- Train staff on IT security protocols
- Design and maintain network diagrams and system configurations
- Manage IT equipment and accessory procurement
- Handle various IT-related tasks as needed
Inventory / POS System:
- Assist in the rollout of new POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems
E-Commerce and Membership Services:
- Update and manage e-commerce product listings
- Address inquiries from customers and suppliers via email, social media, and phone
- Assist with order fulfillment, including coordination with kitchen and packaging, in the absence of Customer Service staff
Marketing and Promotion:
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Coordinate promotional activities with suppliers and staff
- Optimize product displays and promotional materials at retail locations
- Conduct market research to identify promising products and suppliers
- Create promotional materials for retail and dining, such as price cards and POPs
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
- Investigate new methods for online marketing and advertising
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in compiling monthly sales reports covering various aspects of the business
- Document findings and insights from regular visits to company outlets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft LS & Business Central preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
- Willingness to travel to company outlets as needed
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
