Be part of the IT Application team to maintain existing IT Systems and Bank’s Core Application by providing immediate attention to the daily issues received by IT Service Desk.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level support for Core Banking System (Avaloq)
- Problem and incident analysis and management
- Perform daily and monthly IT operational tasks, ensure health running of applications, Application server support, administration & monitoring, User application account/ access administration, IT application deployment
- Proper documentation of work
Requirements
- Computer Science related Diploma or Degree.
- Preferably with 3 years' relevant experience in banking sectors
- Team player, Good communication skills and able to work in fast paced environment.
Key Skills
- Experience in Avaloq application
- Competent in SQL, especially Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience in Oracle Database
- Knowledge or experience in BMC Software Control-M, DOS/ Windows Batch scripting, Unix scripting in Java programming is an advantage.
