Responsibilities:
- Respond to spare parts inquiries from customers and ensure accurate information is provided including the pricing and parts availability.
- Issue quotations for spare parts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and track spare parts orders from receipt to delivery.
- Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules for customers, working with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Provide post-sale customer service, including answering inquiries and assisting with any issues or concerns regarding parts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating troubleshooting efforts with technical teams or departments when needed.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, reports, and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules. b. Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensuring orders are fulfilled without delays.
Requirements:
- ITE certificate or equivalent; fresh ITE graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in sales support, customer service, sales spare parts, or technical sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in problem-solving to customers.
- Technical knowledge or an ability to understand basic technical products and issues is preferred
