Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Human Resources strategies in collaboration with the Head of Department to align with business objectives and plans.
  • Partner with the Head of Department to shape and contribute to the organization's talent strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of global HR initiatives, working closely with respective teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, to provide cohesive and consistent support to the business.
  • Offer strategic talent advice to business leaders and managers, focusing on areas such as talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Provide leadership and governance for HR functions globally, ensuring alignment and capability development across Regional and Country HR teams to deliver integrated HR support.
  • Review and enhance performance management systems and compensation frameworks, ensuring rewards are linked to performance effectively and efficiently.
  • Champion Employer and Employee branding initiatives, drive staff engagement, and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, delivering actionable HR insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within Global HR to ensure consistent HR support and communication.
  • Lead special projects, including joint ventures and initiatives like Academy, to support broader organizational goals.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor in HRM with at least 15 years HR management experience both in strategic and operational HR (across all HR functions)
  • Experience working at Regional HQ or Global HQ is a must
  • Ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds and regions
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results with competing and tight timelines
  • Meticulous and an eye for details while being able to see the larger scheme of things
  • Good leadership and change management skills
  • Possesses strong ability in influencing, communicating and stakeholder management skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, Work and PowerPoint, Success Factor and Google Suite
