- Position Title: Waterproofing Specialist/ Technician
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and identify areas that require waterproofing.
- Prepare surfaces for waterproofing by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing.
- Apply waterproofing materials using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing.
- Install drainage systems and solutions to manage water accumulation.
- Repair cracks, gaps, and other structural defects using caulking, grout, or other sealants to prevent water entry.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Waterproofing or a related field.
- Preferably with own transport and driving license.
