My client is a multidisciplinary building consulting and architecture firm.

Location : Central area
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing small to medium-scale masterplanning and urban design projects under the direction of the project leader.
- Provide strong support to the project leader by efficiently managing tasks such as research, report preparation, drawing creation, and project coordination.
- Supervise and guide junior team members in completing technical tasks.
- Effectively present and communicate with external parties on projects of medium and small scale.
Requirements:
- A self-driven, highly organized, and responsible professional with a strong enthusiasm for learning and collaboration within a team.
- Passionate about urban design with a focus on quality, eager to take on challenges and handle work pressure, and driven to expand career opportunities.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 4-10 years of experience in urban planning or urban design with a reputable international firm; experience with projects in Singapore or China is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Rhino, and GIS applications for data analysis and environmental assessments.
