- Answer and manage calls: Handle incoming calls, forward them, or take messages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings: Manage calendars and coordinate meeting times.
- Administrative support: Perform clerical tasks like filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain reception area: Ensure the reception space is clean and organized.
- Handle mail and deliveries: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Data entry and record keeping: Update visitor logs and client databases.
- Assist with requests: Respond to inquiries from staff and visitors.
- Security monitoring: Follow security procedures, issue visitor badges, and monitor access.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment: Manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments.
