JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling Mainly Sesame, cashew nuts , Ginger, Soya beans, Brown eye beans, Black stone flower, Timber in Bulk shipments & container shipments
- Inputting details for Invoices, Packing List, Insurance, certificate of origin etc.
- Preparing BL Draft & Switching and liaise with Shipping company for OBL
- Preparing certificate of Origin with SICCI endorsement
- Preparation of Full set of documents to bank for both under collection and LC Schedule, bill of exchange, invoice packing list, insurance, certificate origin, phyto, Fumigation Certificate
- Preparing Credit and Debit Note.
- Filing, sending emails and other administrative duties.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
