Benefits:
- S$3,000 basic - $3800 basic + OT
- 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) & Sat (9am to 1pm), totalling 44 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision & Inspection: Assist with on-site supervision by conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Defect Identification & Rectification: Identify, document, and monitor defects in construction work, ensuring timely rectification in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Meetings & Reporting: Attend site/project meetings to provide progress updates, discuss technical issues, and assist in preparing regular progress reports for management.
- Safety Compliance: Support the enforcement of on-site safety regulations and ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
- Quality Control Support: Implement quality control measures to ensure works meet required standards and project specifications.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required by senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- RTO Accreditation: Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Familiarity with project management software and local building codes.
