Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct meetings and clarification workshops with customers to refine requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop user stories, business cases, and mockups to facilitate solution design.
- Research and analyze industry trends, business data, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design end-to-end solutions, evaluate technologies, and recommend suitable approaches.
- Oversee requirements management, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
- Track project progress, log change requests, and manage scope adjustments.
- Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on project requirements, processes, and decisions.
- Identify business opportunities and influence stakeholders to drive project success.
Job Requirements
- Experience in at least one full software or product development cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) is preferred.
