Job Description
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Identify customer’s needs and clarify information
- Research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives for the customers
- Keep records of all conversations in the database
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Requirement:
- Minimum O’Level/A’level/NITEC/Diploma in any related course of study
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre experience but candidates without such experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
