Job Description

  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Identify customer’s needs and clarify information
  • Research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives for the customers
  • Keep records of all conversations in the database
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Requirement:

  • Minimum O’Level/A’level/NITEC/Diploma in any related course of study
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre experience but candidates without such experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
