Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of digital platforms, including websites, apps, and internal tools, ensuring their performance and availability.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to digital tools and platforms. Collaborate with IT or external vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in digital workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Data Management: Handle data entry, extraction, and analysis tasks to support digital operations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to ensure digital operations align with overall business objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and troubleshooting guides.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital platform performance, issues, and improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred with 1 year of experience in digital tools, operations, IT support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and formula builders.
- Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
